C. Louise Snedeker, 85, of the Beaver Valley Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, South Beaver Township, died Saturday, January 8, 2011.
Born Sept. 23, 1925 in New Sewickley Township, she was the daughter of the late John and Margaret Carter Magness. She had been an active member of the First Presbyterian Church in Beaver Falls. Louise had retired after 25 years of service from the Moltrup Steel Company where she had been a purchasing agent.
She is survived by her husband of 60 years, Harry E. Snedeker, a son Jon Snedeker, Chippewa Township, two daughters and sons-in-law, Sue Ellen and Wilbert Dunlap, Plum Boro, PA, Carol Jane and Michael Haines, Wadsworth, Oh, four grandchildren, Christopher and Michael Dunlap, and Claire and Kyle Davis.
Friends will be received Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. in the Hill
& Kunselman Funeral Home, www.hillandkunselman.com., 3801-4th Ave., College Hill, Beaver Falls, where the service will be held on Wednesday at 11 a.m. with her pastor, Rev. Chris Noyes officiating.
Entombment will follow Sylvania Hills Mausoleum.
