Douglas E. Jennings, 53, lifelong resident of Beaver Falls passed away Friday, June 5, 2009.

    Born Feb. 25, 1956 in Beaver Falls was a son of the late Rayman and Wilma (Erath) Jennings. He was a United States Navy veteran and an avid hunter and fisherman. He excelled in baseball during his high school years. He was a member of the Chippewa United Methodist Church, LMBA of New Galilee, Beaver Falls Owl’s Club and the West Mayfield Vets.

    He was a devoted father, grandfather and friend, he will be sadly missed.

    He is survived by a daughter Kara Jennings and her fiancée, Andrew Donaldson and a grandson, Ayden with whom he resided; three sisters, Janet Dory, Carol Yoho and Linda Angeli,

all of Florida; a sister-in-law, Ann Jennings , Monaca.

    In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Ronald Jennings.

    A memorial service will be held Sat. June 20, 2009 at___________                           

in the Chippewa United Methodist, Pastor Rodney E. Smith will officiate.
