Glendel Jean Watterson, 52, of Darlington, died Sunday, July 8, 2007, in her home surrounded by her loving family. Born April 11, 1955, in Beaver Falls, she was a daughter of Grace Russell Watterson Connor, and the late Keith Watterson. She was a member of the Chippewa United Methodist Church and had been a merchandiser for the American Greeting Corp. for six years. Glendel was a member of the last graduating class at Northwestern High School.
In addition to her mother, she is survived by a daughter and son-in-law, Jennifer and Russ Kalcevic, Chippewa Township; twin grandchildren, Shane William and Allison Grace Kalcevic; a sister and brother-in-law, Jennie Watterson and Jim Boots, Ellwood City; a brother, Keith Watterson, Merced, Calif.; a nephew, Hunter Watterson, in California; several aunts, an uncle, her cousins, and a lifelong friend, Bob Svihra.

Glendel took special joy in her grandchildren, her family, her friends, her flowers and her love of gardening, and all of her treasures.

Friends will be received today from 2 t o 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. in the HILL & KUNSELMAN FUNERAL HOME,  3801 Fourth Ave., College Hill, Beaver Falls, where a service will be held Wednesday at 11 a.m. with the Rev. Rodney E. Smith officiating.

Interment will follow in Beaver Falls Cemetery, Chippewa Township.
