Goldie M. (Mankin) Forsythe, 89, of Villa St. Joseph, for 10 years and formerly of Chippewa Township died Friday March 7, 2008 in Villa St. Joseph.

Born March 14, 1918 in East Palestine, OH was the daughter of the late Earl & Essie ( VanKirk) Mankin.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband William E. Forsythe on January 10, 1997, a daughter Carol Ann in 1945, a grandson Brian K. Forsythe, brother, Clarence Mankin, sister & brother-in-law, Alice & Joe Turner, sister, Gertrude Roush, Brothers-in-law, James Durbin & Harvey Hamon.

She is survived by a daughter Helen Bartholomew, Chippewa Township; son and his wife Kenneth and Carrie Forsythe of Darlington, daughter and her husband, Barbara & Victor F. Mannerino, Beaver Falls, a son W. Dennis Forsythe, Darlington.  Six grandchildren, Christopher and his wife Jennifer Mannerino; Colleen and her husband Brian LaNeve, Natalie and her husband, Richard Holewski, Carl Forsythe, Duane Forsythe and his wife; and Renee Forsythe. Ten great-grandchildren Andrew, Christopher, Tyler, Marissa, and Johnathan Mannerino; Nicholas & Lena Holewski, Brianna & Michalea LaNeve; and Alexis Forsythe.  Sister and brother-in-law Martha & Larry Leider; Brother & sister-in-law, Frank & Donna Mankin, Two sisters Joyce Hamon & Charlotte Durbin; and numerous nieces & nephews.

Friends will be received Sunday from 3-6 PM in the Hill & Kunselman Funeral Home, www.hillandkunselman.com, 3801-4th Avenue, College Hill, Beaver Falls, PA 15010.
Where additional visitation will be held from 9 AM until time of service at 11:00 AM.
Sister Carolyn Weithorn, of Villa St. Joseph  will officiate.

Interment will follow in Sylvania Hills Cemetery.
