James A. Frazer, 63, Jackson Township, Butler County, formerly of Beaver Falls, died Wednesday, April 15, 2009.
Born June 7, 1945 in Beaver Falls, he was the son of the late Edward and Margaret Kretzler Frazer. He was a veteran of the Vietnam War having served four years in the U.S. Air Force. He had been a software salesman for Alti Software Company in Texas before his retirement. He was an avid ham radio operator, his call letters were N 5 F O and his nickname was Al.
He is survived by his wife Donna J. Bennett Frazer, three sons and a daughter-in-law, Michael and Kiko of Okinawa, Japan, Patrick in Utah, Bernie in Hawaii, a daughter and son-in-law, Bridget and Sean Plows, New Zealand, several grandchildren, two brothers, Rev. Father J. Francis Frazer, Clarksville, PA, Ray Frazer, Gainesville, Florida, two sisters, Doris Frazer, Waco, Texas, Sister Margie Frazer, Sisters of St. Joseph, Aliquippa, an aunt Sister Doris Kretzler, Sisters of Divine Providence, Allison Park, and his two loving cats, Hummer and Geico.
A Blessing Service will be held on Tuesday, April 21, 2009 at 1 p.m. in the Hill & Kunselman Funeral Home, www.hillandkunselman.com., 3801-4th Ave., College Hill, Beaver Falls, with his brother Father J. Francis Frazer, pastor of St. Thomas Catholic Parish in Clarksville officiating.
Private interment will be in the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies, Bridgeville.
