Jean Louise Mibuck Huston, 77, most recently of Conyers, GA and formerly of Unity, OH passed away peacefully, Monday, August 16, 2010 at Elmcroft Assisted Living Community in Chippewa Twp.
Jean was born April 29, 1933 in Enon Valley, PA to the late John and Louise (McRoberts) Mibuck. She was a loving and committed wife to Robert Paul Huston whom she married 58 years ago on August 23. She is survived by a sister, Joanne Grinnen, Wampum, PA and was preceded in death by her brother, James Mibuck.

Besides being a dedicated wife, mother and grandmother, she worked as a lunchroom aid in the East Palestine School system, a secretarial/sales clerk for the former Browns Typewriter in Beaver Falls, a resident manager for Cardinal Good Life apartments and a clerk in the Rockdale County Tag Office both in Conyers, GA.
Jean had an active faith in God which led her to be a wonderful Sunday school teacher, member of the ladies missionary society and an active church member in the Reformed Bible Presbyterian Church in Enon Valley, PA, Cornerstone Presbyterian Church in Conyers, GA and most recently Christ Community Church in Conyers. She also served as a volunteer for Young Life, an evangelistic youth ministry. She was known by her family and friends as a prayer warrior for others and a wise counselor to those in need.
Her high school epithet sums up her character; “her ways are ways of pleasantness and her paths are peace.”
The family would like to extend a special thanks to Christ Community Church in Conyers, GA for being such a loving church family; to VITAS, the hospice angels who lovingly cared for Jean; and to Elmcroft of Chippewa who extended their hospitality in numerous ways to Jean, Bob and family during her last days.
