Jolie Orosz Peck, 56, of Lower Burrell, formerly of Patterson Township, died Thursday, June 12, 2008, at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center.

Born May 26, 1952 in Beaver Falls, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Gennieve E. "Jenny" Zdunek Orosz. She was a member of St. Philomena Roman Catholic Church and graduated from Pennsylvania State University with a degree in nursing. She had been employed as a registered nurse at Sewickley Valley Hospital. She was an avid sports fan and enjoyed watching Penn State football. She had a quick sense of humor, enjoyed her life and loved her family. She delighted in vacationing with her family.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Justin Latshaw-Peck.

She is survived by her husband, David A. Peck; a son, Kristopher Latshaw-Peck, Camp Hill, PA; a daughter Lindsay Peck, Koppel; a grandson, Jayden Bellan, and several cousins.

There will be no public visitation. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Monday at 10 a.m. in St. Philomena Catholic Church with Rev. Father Steve Palsa as celebrant. Everyone is invited to meet at the church.

Private interment will follow in St. Mary Cemetery, Chippewa Township.
