Kelly Rae “McKenzie” Motter, 52, of New Beaver Township, New Galilee, died Friday, October 24, 2008 in the Medical Center Beaver.
    Born Oct. 13, 1956 in Beaver Falls, she was the daughter of the late William and Anna Mae Covert McKenzie.  She was a member of St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church, a former member of the Daughters of St. Ann, had been a CCD instructor for years in the parish,  and had been a founder for “Presents for Patients” in the parish.  She had been employed at Uslenghi’s Candy in New Galilee and also for Geneva College.  Kelly had been a Cub Scout Leader.  She and her husband Dave loved to ride their motorcycles cross country. 
       In addition to parents, she was preceded in death by her father-in-law, Richard Motter.
        She is survived by her husband, David L. Motter, two sons and daughters-in-law, Mathew and Misty Motter, Enon Valley, Chad M. and Bobbi Motter, Ellwood City, three grandchildren, Nolan Motter, Cory Williams, and Cailin Lyons, her mother-in-law, Neva Motter, Patterson Township, four brothers and three sisters-in-law,  Larry and Carol McKenzie, Pete and Linda McKenzie, Dan and Susie McKenzie, David McKenzie, two sisters and a brother-in-law, Gretchen and Mike Young, and Barb McKenzie, and several nieces and nephews.
      Friends will be received on Monday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. in the Hill & Kunselman Funeral Home, www.hillandkunselman.com., 3801-4th Ave., College Hill, Beaver Falls, where prayers will be recited on Tuesday at 9:20 a.m. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. in St. Rose of Lima Parish with the Rev. Father Bill Dorner as celebrant.
   Interment will follow in Grandview Cemetery, Big Beaver.
