Raymond W. Knallay, 73, of Chippewa Township, died Monday, July 9, 2012.
Born March 4, 1939 in New Brighton, he was the son of Raymond and Margaret Bradford Knallay. He had been employed at the former Crucible Steel Company in Midland and had retired from the Maintenance Department of the Blackhawk School District.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death a sister Marie “Sis” Arnold.
He is survived by his wife of 46 years, Patty Thompson Knallay, two sons and a daughter-in-law, Jeffrey Knallay, Warren, PA, Scott and Nancy Knallay, Chippewa Township, two grandsons, Raymond and Stephen Knallay, Chippewa Township, and a brother Robert Knallay.
As per his wishes, there will be no public visitation and he will be cremated.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a charity of choice.
