Norma Cook, 73, of Chippewa Township, died Monday, Dec. 20, 2010 in Heritage Valley Beaver.
Born May 1, 1937 in New Brighton, she was the son of the late Morris and Constance Dwyer Shansky. She was a homemaker. Norma had many friends at the Holiday Camp Lands in Andover, Ohio. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Robert W. Cook on Jan. 10, 2010 and her daughter Kim Turconi on May 30, 2009.
She is survived by two sons and a daughter-in-law, Robert K. Cook, Chippewa Township, David B. and Paula Cook, Big Beaver, a son-in-law, Joseph Turconi, Safety Harbor, FL, seven grandchildren, Mrs. Todd (Lindsey) Hooper, Andrew Cook, Blake Cook, Amber Cook, Ashley Cook, Krista Turconi and Karli Turconi, a great-granddaughter,Mikaylah, a sister Joan Shansky, Erie, PA, a niece and a nephew, Stacey Davidson and Gregory Davidson, and her loving friends Sherri Simpson and Jill Calderone.
Friends will be received today from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. in the Hill & Kunselman Funeral Home, , 3801-4th Ave., College Hill, Beaver Falls, where a service will be held on Thursday at
11 a.m. with Rev. Dennis D. Burnett officiating.
Private interment will follow in the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies, Bridgeville, PA.
