Robert H. Trenschel, 89, of Chippewa Twp. passed away Thurs. Sept. 17, 2009 at his residence.

    Born Jan. 11, 1920 in Beaver Falls, he was a son of the late Herman and Lola (Estridge) Trenschel. He was a 63 year member of the IBEW Local Union #712, Vanport and a member of the Chippewa United Methodist Church, where he was on the bowling league and golf league of both organizations. He was a former member of Central United Methodist Church, where he was a former steward and trustee for many years. His favorite activities were watching the Steelers and cutting his grass.

    He is survived by his loving wife Olive Mae (Thompson) Trenschel, Chippewa Twp.; a son and daughter-in-law, Donald Robert & Kaye Trenschel, West Palm Beach, FL; a daughter and son-in-law, Lynn & Robert Duncan, Chippewa Twp.; 6 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.

    In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Paul E. Trenschel and a great granddaughter.

    Friends will be received Monday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 pm in the Hill and Kunselman Funeral Home, 3801 Fourth Ave., College Hill, Beaver Falls. Additional visitation will be held on Tuesday from 10 am until time of service at 11:00 am, his Pastor Rodney E. Smith will officiate.

    Private interment will be in Sylvania Hills Memorial Park.
