Thomas E. Horn, 73, of East Palestine, formerly of Darlington, died Thursday, August 5, 2010 following an extended illness.
    Born May 18, 1937 in Beaver Falls, he was the son of the late Edward G. and Adelaide Horn.  Tom was the owner and operator of the Horn Trucking and Auto Repair in Darlington until his retirement in 2004.  He was the founding leader of the Equistars 4-H Club and was the former president of the Beaver County Flying Club.  He was also a member of the Retread Motorcycle Club, Three Rivers Ramblings, Chapter 436, the Motor Home Camping Club, Meridian Lodge No. 411 F. & A.M. in Enon Valley, Syria Mosque in Pittsburgh, and the Consistory of the Valley of New Castle.
     He is survived by his loving wife Winnie Bloom Horn, two sons and daughters-in-law, Thomas J. and Patty Horn, Gainesville, VA, David E. and Carol Horn, San Diego, CA, a daughter and son-in-law, Crystal and Chuck Wissner, Chippewa Township; Winnie’s two daughters, Pamela Smith and a  special friend Marty Dahl, Darlington, Valerie and Eric Daniels, Lower Burrell. Tom is also survived by nine grandchildren and their spouses, Randy and Ayesha Crawford, Ryan and Emily Crawford, Matthew and Julie Horn, Holly (Horn) and David Ameese, Tim Horn, Tyler Horn, JC Frum and Jess Frum, Brian Daniels, Lexi Daniels, six great-grandchildren,  Tacoma, Taylyn, and Tahara Horn, JJ and Brett Frum, Collin Isaiah Crawford, and a sister and brother-in-law, Connie and Dick Daniels, Lake Milton, OH.
        Friends will be received Monday from 2 until 8 p.m. in the Hill & Kunselman Funeral Home, www.hillandkunselman.com., 3801-4th Ave., College Hill, Beaver Falls, where a service will be held on Tuesday at
11 a.m. with Dr. Daniel Stinson officiating.
         Private interment in Clinton Cemetery, New Beaver Boro.
