Thomas G. Pavlinich, 81, formerly of New Brighton, passed away Wed. Jan. 13, 2010 in Rochester Manor.
  Born July 17, 1928 in Fallston, he was a son of the late George and Barbara (Kalcevic) Pavlinich.
  He was a veteran of the United States Marines having served during World War II. He was retired from the Postal Service after 26 years of service having worked in Beaver Falls and New Brighton and is also retired from the former Correct Foundry in Fallston, as a machinist for 40 years. He was a member of the American Legion Post #19, and the Croatian Club, where he served as President for 20 years, both of New Brighton.
  He is survived by a son, Thomas M. Pavlinich and his fiancée, Linda Geary, both of Beaver Falls; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Jake & Shirley Pavlinich, West Mayfield, George & Edie Pavlinich, New Brighton and a sister and brother-in-law, Mary & John Kolter, Daugherty Twp.
  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a daughter, Tricia Ann Pavlinich; and two sisters, Annie Dewhirst and Katie Kralie.
  The family would like to extend a special thank you to the staff on the fourth floor of Rochester Manor for their loving care.
  Friends will received Sunday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 in the HILL AND FUNERALHOME,www.hillandkunselman.com,    3801 Fourth Avenue, College Hill, Beaver Falls, where prayers will be recited Monday at 9:15 a.m., followed by a Mass of Christian burial at 10:00 a.m. in Holy Family Parish, with Father  Tom Kredel as celebrant.
  Interment will follow in St. Joseph’s Cemetery, New Brighton.
  Full military honors will be conducted by the Beaver County Special Unit Monday at 11:00 a.m. in the cemetery.
