In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her siblings Dorothy Forsythe, Lois Britain, and Charles Palmer.

Chris’s family would like to thank the kind and caring IV therapy team at the Heritage Valley Medical Center, and the wonderful staff at the Hillman Cancer Center.  The family thanks the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society of Pittsburgh, and welcomes memorial donations to them.
