David Tita

David P. Tita, 64, of Beaver Falls, died Monday May 3, 2021 in Beaver Valley Nursing & Rehabilitation Center South Beaver Township.

Born December 22, 1956 in Beaver Falls, was the son of the late Nicholas & Margaret ( Gordon) Tita.  He retired from the Beaver Fall Fire Department after 22 years of service and then worked for Medic Rescue for 18 years. He was the founder of the Beaver Falls Dive Rescue Team, was an avid reader especially enjoying Leo L’amour books and was enjoyed playing chess.

He is survived by is wife of 45 years Lindy L. “Bridget” Tita, a daughter and her fiancé Becky Tita and William Barkey and a grandson Grant Eugene Barkey, all of Beaver Falls.  A sister Elizabeth & Steve Carter, and their son Steven Carter.  A sister Marcy Tita and her son Alex Tita. A nephew James and Cybill Stussy and a niece Leah & Tony Pisano and their son Alessandro Pisano.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a brother Nicholas Tita, a sister and brother-in-law Diane and James Stussy and a niece Meghan Carter.
