Donald C. Andrick, 76, of Darlington Twp. passed away Wednesday, December 14, 2016 at St. Elizabeth Health Care Center in Boardman.
He was born May 19, 1940 in Philippi, WV to the late Willard C. and Margaret (Queen) Andrick. He grew up in the Leetsdale area and graduated from Quaker Valley High School in 1959. He retired as an electrician for IBEW, Electrical Union and was the owner of the former Don’s Electric in Darlington.
Being an avid hunter and fisherman he was a lifetime member of Enon Valley Rod and Gun Club. Don was a big fan of the Pittsburgh Steelers and Pirates. He also was a former Blackhawk Football coach for their Pop Warner Little Cougars and coach of Little League Baseball.
He will be sadly missed by his loving wife of 55 years, Barbara (Long) Andrick, Darlington, and their four children and spouses, Pamela Sturgeon, East Palestine, OH, D. Jeffrey and Gah Andrick, Culver City, CA, Timothy J. Andrick, Chicago, IL and Beth and Todd Rutledge, East Palestine, OH; six grandchildren, Shawnee Long and her husband Michael, Dean Renn, Carson and Cole Rutledge, twins Vanessa and Larissa Andrick; three great granddaughters, Alexis, Addison and Kenzie; a brother and sister-in-law, James and Pam Andrick, Seattle, WA and his canine companion Fred The Beagle.
Friends will be received Sunday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 P.M. in the HILL AND KUNSELMAN FUNERAL HOME, www.hillandkunselman.com , 3801 Fourth Avenue, College Hill, Beaver Falls, where a service will be held Monday at 11:00 A.M. Pastor Mark McTrustry will officiate.
Entombment will follow in Sylvania Hills Mausoleum, Daugherty Twp.
