Donald R. Herrmann

Donald R. Herrmann, 84, a lifelong resident of North Sewickley Twp. passed away Thursday evening, May 28, 2020 at his residence.

Don was born on November 17, 1935 to the late Ralph and Anna (Rosenmund) Herrmann. He retired after 41 years as a Maintenance Foreman for Standard Steel Specialty in Beaver Falls. Don was a member of Concord United Methodist Church in North Sewickley Twp.

Don is survived by his beloved wife whom he married on June 16, 1956, Belva I. (Stange) Herrmann, North Sewickley Twp.; a son and daughter-in-law, Fredrick and Patricia Herrmann, North Sewickley Twp.; two daughters and sons-in-law, Carol and Dr. Frank Kunkel, North Park and Sandra and Andrew Sprankle, South Beaver Twp.; seven grandchildren, their spouses and five great-grandchildren, Samantha Walsh her husband, Devin and their children Nathaniel and Eloise, Joetta Vroman her husband, Ben and their children Violet, Elijah and Scarlet, Arthur Herrmann, Dr. Katherine Kunkel, Robert Kunkel,  Tabitha Letourneau and her husband, Travis, Annette Sprankle and two sisters-in-law, Nancy Herrmann, North Sewickley Twp. and Peg Jones, Aliquippa.

He is preceded in death by two brothers, Kenneth Herrmann (1972) and Charles Herrmann (2020).

The families wish was to have a visitation for all family and friends however, due to the Pandemic this was not possible.

Burial was in Sylvania Hills Cemetery, Daugherty Township.
