G. William "Bill" Mohrbacher Obituary

G. William “Bill” Mohrbacher, 76, of Beaver Falls died Saturday March 14, 2020.

Was born August 20, 1943 in New Brighton, was the son of the late Lester Elmer & Gertrude (Tinsman) Mohrbacher.  He was a 1961 graduate of Beaver Falls High School and graduated from Geneva College with a degree in Physics. He was currently employed with Mannesmann Demag since 1987, as the Vice President of Electrical & Automation Systems. He worked for SMS Group and Babcock & Wilcox from 1965-1987. His employment sent him to many places throughout the world. He was a member of the American Model Association, Beaver Valley Rifle & Pistol Club, Model Engines Collectors Association,, where he was the international president, Airplanes & Engines Association, and was a former coach at the Geneva Rifle Team, where he met his wife.

He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Cheryl (Winegar) Mohrbacher, a brother Robert Mohrbacher, FL; nieces Jenny Simard and Amy Brown.  Brother-in-law, Don & Nancy, and nephew and niece Lee Winegar & Karen Klinzing, and many close friends and work associates that were very dear to Bill.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a sister-in-law Gail Mohrbacher.

Due to the current concerns of large gatherings, the family will have no public visitation.  A celebration of Bill’s life is planed for a later date.
