George A. Freed, 57, of Koppel, passed away on Tuesday, April 12, 2022, in his residence with his family at his side.
Born on December 25, 1964, in Beaver Falls, he was a son of the late Morris D. and Barbara A. (Golnick) Freed. George was a truck driver for most of his life, but when he wasn’t driving trucks, he enjoyed building models, going to the casino, and spending time with his family.
He is survived by his fiancé, Marilyn Rokar, of Koppel; children, Jessica (fiancé Jeremy McWilliams) Freed, of Chippewa, and Michael Rambo, of Darlington; three grandchildren, Mackenzie, Haeyden, and Jeremy Jr.; siblings, Duane (Sherry) Freed, of Orlando, FL., Lynn (Jody) Fleener, of Wampum, Robert (Donna) Freed, of Ellwood City, and Tyrone Freed, of New Castle; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, George is preceded in death by a granddaughter, Abbigail Faith McWilliams.
Friends will be received on Monday from 5:00 until time of service at 7:00 PM in the HILL AND KUNSELMAN FUNERAL HOME, INC- 3801 4th Avenue, College Hill. Pastor Dave Keppen will be officiating the service.
Private interment will take place in Grandview Cemetery.
