James E. Berk, Sr.

    James E. Berk, 73, a lifelong resident of Beaver Falls, was born on January 31, 1950 to the late Dr. Eugene J. Berk and Elsie (Muder) Berk passed away on Friday, November 10, 2023.

    Jim was a retired Beaver Falls Fire Fighter, Code Enforcement officer in Beaver Falls and former owner of Minuteman Press in Beaver Falls. Jim was a member of Parian Lodge # 662 and the Cruzin Few Club.

    Surviving are his four children, James E. “Jeb” Berk Jr. and Deborah, Big Beaver Boro, Jill A. Heaney and Patrick, Chippewa Twp., Jenica Berk, Seven Fields, Jewel Lee Casciato and Jared, Chippewa Twp; three grandchildren, Miranda and Logan Berk and Ryan Heaney and a sister, Ilona M. Berk and Daniel Eksuzian in Maryland.

    Friends will be received Wednesday, November 15th from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. in the Hill and Kunselman Funeral Home, www.hillandkunselman.com , 3801 Fourth Avenue Beaver Falls, where a service will be held Thursday, November 16th at 11:00 a.m.

Interment will be in Clinton Cemetery in Wampum.
