Obituary

     John “Tut” Eric Veon, 59, of Richmond VA formerly of Beaver Falls, PA passed unexpectedly on Sunday, November 21st, 2021 due to an unknown heart condition.

     John was born on November 15th, 1962 in Beaver Falls to Donna Lee (Caruso) Veon and the late Robert Veon, 2016. John was a 1981 graduate of Beaver Falls High School and obtained his bachelor’s degree from Indiana University of Pennsylvania in 1985. He was the Vice President of Business Development for Quality Conveyer Solutions based out of Richmond, VA.

     In addition to his mother, Donna Lee Veon, East Palestine, OH he will be deeply missed by his three children, Anthony Sebastian Veon, Pittsburgh, PA, Christina Rose Veon and fiancé Timothy J. Simon, Chatham NJ, and Francesca Lee Veon and fiancé Forrest M. Johnson, Dallas TX; a sister, Barbara (Veon) Brescio, East Palestine OH and three brothers, Mike Veon, Pittsburgh, PA, Mark Veon and Tina, Cranberry Township, PA, and David and Faith Veon, Beaver Falls, PA.

     Tut enjoyed coaching his son, Anthony, over many years in youth basketball and was an enthusiastic fan of the Pittsburgh Steelers, University of Pittsburgh athletics and all of Beaver Falls High School sports programs.

     A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Monday at Noon at Saint Monica Parish, 116 Thorndale Road, Beaver Falls, with Father James Farnan as celebrant.

     Interment will follow in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Chippewa Township.

     In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made, if desired, to the Larry Bruno Foundation, 1 Gateway Center, 420 Fort Duquesne Blvd, Suite 1450, Pittsburgh, PA 15222.
