Julie Arlene Hobson ,57, completed her earthly assignment and peacefully transitioned into her new journey on Friday, January 26th, 2024.
Julie was a miracle from birth. Conventional medicine said she would only live to be three years old. But God gave her 54 more miraculous years of life. Even in the midst of her pain and setbacks, Julie never complained but praised God for the gift of life. She always had a listening ear, helping hand, and loving heart. She was a strong and courageous warrior with incredible fight. Her greatest joy and accomplishment was being a mother to her son, Brayden.
Julie loved working as a cashier with Au Bon Pain Bakery -Pittsburgh International Airport and as a driver's license technician with the Pennsylvania Department of Motor Vehicles.
Julie was proceeded in death by her parents Elta Loris Hobson and Dora Arlene (Young) Hobson.
She is survived by; her beloved son, Brayden A. Coles; brother: Shawn (Susan) Hobson; sisters: Tammie D. Hobson and Elita (Stan) Hobson Conally ; nieces/nephews Victoria, Christina, London, Tierney, Ciera, Joshua, Matthew, Kanin; her bonus sisters; LaTanya Serena, Jennifer, Carla, Victoria, Katrina, Angie B, and Belinda; and a host of great nieces, nephews, and cousins.
The family wishes to send sincere thanks to her Bibleway C.O.G.I.C family, UPMC Hospital (Terry/Tasha), DCI Dialysis Center, and her hematologist and friend, Dr. Laura M. De Castro who provided exceptional care to Julie throughout her illness.
Friends will be received Saturday, February 3rd, from 11-1 PM with her celebration of life service following at the Hill & Kunselman Funeral Home, 3801-4th Avenue, Beaver Falls, PA. Her cousin the Rev. John E. Young, III will officiate.
