Catherine “Kay” Bonacci-Mansfield, 89, formerly of College Hill passed away, Monday, January 17, 2022. She prayed fervently to the Blessed Mother that she dearly loved and longed to be with.
Kay was born on June 13,1932 in Pittsburgh to Vincent and Josephine (Raimondi) Cavaliere. She owned and operated the former Bonacci Dry Cleaners in Beaver Falls.
Surviving is a daughter, Gracie (Dave) Howe, Patterson Twp.; four grandchildren, Michelle Pardin, Beaver Falls, Stacie (Adam) Kelly, Patterson Twp., Tiffany (Angel) Telencho, Wilkes Barre, PA and Laura Beth (Cody) Armanini, DuBois, PA; seven great grandchildren; three great-great grandsons; two sisters, Theresa (William) Grassi, Plum Borough and Millie Jeffries, Naples, FL; a sister-in-law, Mary Cavaliere, Pittsburgh and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
She was preceded in death by two husbands that she loved dearly, Fred Bonacci (1981) and Harold E. Mansfield (2021); a son, Fred Bonacci, Jr. (1989); a daughter and son-in-law, Anita (Bonacci) Strickland (2008) and Bert Strickland; two brothers, Anthony and Louis “Gino” Cavaliere and a sister, Ermilinda Colosimo.
Friends will be received Friday from 9:30 a.m. until the times of prayers at 11:20 a.m. in the HILL AND KUNSELMAN FUNERAL HOME, www.hillandkunselman.com , 3801 Fourth Avenue, College Hill, Beaver Falls followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 12:00 Noon at St. Monica Parish, Chippewa Twp. with Father Kim Schreck as Celebrant.
Interment will be in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Chippewa Twp.
