Lydia D. (Mrkva) Pugar, 85, of Beaver Falls went to Rest with her Lord and Savior on Saturday March 27, 2021.
She was born September 11, 1935 in West Mayfield, was the daughter of the late John and Josephine Mrkva. She was a member of St. Monica’s Catholic Parish and worked at Carol’s Hallmark Card Shop, Chippewa Township for several years. Lydia enjoyed playing Bingo.
Preceding her in death, in addition to her parents was her husband Rudolph “Rudy” Pugar, November 18, 2020; a son Rodney Pugar; a daughter-in-law Dawn Wiles Pugar; brothers and sisters Frank Mrkva, John Mrkva, Mildred Novakovich, Mary Jane Mrkva and Annie Mrkva.
She is survived by sons John (Debbie) Pugar and Joseph Pugar. Grandchildren Nicole Pugar Lawter, Eric Pugar, Brandy Whitt Ryan, great grandchildren, Everett and Georgia Pugar, Aubrey, Raegan and Kadence Ryan and several nieces and nephews.
The family would like to thank Miasha “Mimi” Moore for her kind and compassionate care.
Memorial service will be announced at a later date.
Private interment will take place at St. Mary’s Cemetery.
