Mary J. (Waxenfelter) Early

Mary J. (Waxenfelter) Early, 90, of Bridgeville, and formerly of Beaver Falls, died Monday, February 22, 2021 in the Bridgeville Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. 

Born February 15,1931 in Beaver Falls, she was the daughter of the late Henry and Mary J. McCune Waxenfelter. She had formerly been a member of Park Gate Baptist Church and was active in youth evangelism. She had been employed at Benson’s Department Store in Beaver Falls and had also been a telephone operator for Bell Telephone Company. 

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by three brothers, Jack, Robert, and Kenneth Waxenfelter, a sister, Ruth Morgan, and a step-daughter, Kathy DeBolt.

She is survived by her husband of 30 years, William E. Early, who renewed his wedding vows with Mary on February 15, 2020, her son David Warren, Chattanooga, TN, her daughter and son-in-law, Diane and Kenneth Huston, South Beaver Township, five grandchildren, Daniel Warren, Samuel Warren, Grace Warren, Gregory Huston and his wife Trisha, Ginny Tung and her husband Alan, 11 great-grandchildren, a step-daughter, Cindy Early, a step-son, Bill Early, a step-son-in-law Dan DeBolt, 3 step-grandchildren, and her former husband, Richard Warren. 

Mary was an avid Pirate and Steeler fan and loved doing puzzles and playing cards.

Due to the current pandemic, private services were held for the family.

Private internment was in Sylvania Hills Memorial Park, Daugherty Township.
