Paula Kay (Mannarino) Ciriello Smrekar

Paula Kay Ciriello Smrekar, of North Sewickley Township passed away unexpectedly Monday, March 2, 2020, at UPMC Presbyterian.
Paula was born in Beaver Falls and was a graduate of Beaver Falls High School. After High school she went onto complete her cosmetology degree, and lifelong dream of owning her own salon. She was the owner of Structures Salon and Day Spa for the last forty years, servicing many loyal customers. Paula had a passion for creativity and style and thrived at her business, as well as traveling abroad learning and teaching various hair color techniques. Paula also went onto complete her Nursing degree at Penn State, Beaver working at Montefiore and the Medical Center Beaver.
Paula was a lifelong supporter of Beaver Falls, continuing to promote her city as one of the best in the county. She was also a devout member of St. Monica Parish in Beaver Falls.
She is survived by her husband, Joseph A. Smrekar, North Sewickley Township; a daughter and son-in-law, Melinda and John Imbriale, Beaver Falls; two grandchildren, Blake and Brooke Imbriale; a brother, Francis Mannarino, Pensacola, Fla. and three sisters and brothers-in-law, Patricia and Clayton Welch, Ohioville, Pamela and John Haas, East Palestine, Ohio and Regina Crangi, Clearwater, Fla.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Clarence and Bertha (DeSanzo) Mannarino and her beloved grandson, Nicholas Imbriale.
Friends will be received Friday from 4 to 8 p.m. in the HILL & KUNSELMAN FUNERAL HOME, www.hillandkunselman.com, 3801 Fourth Ave., College Hill, Beaver Falls, where prayers will be recited Saturday at 9:20 a.m. followed by a Mass of Christian burial at 10 a.m. at St. Monica Parish, Chippewa Township with Father   as Celebrant.
Entombment will follow at Beaver Falls Cemetery Mausoleum.
