Ruth A. Bash, 74, of Beaver and formerly of Chippewa Township, passed away on Saturday, October 28, 2023.
Ruth was born on August 16, 1949, in New Brighton to the late Fred and Esther R. (McCarriher) Wood. She retired as a registered nurse from The Medical Center, Beaver. Ruth was a member of Mount Pleasant Presbyterian Church and the Order of the Eastern Star # 124 Wenonah Chapter.
Surviving are her three children, Melissa (Matthew) McCarrell of Hookstown, Andrew Bash of Pittsburgh, and Damien (Patricia) Bash of New Brighton; 5 grandchildren, Gage Logan Greenly, William Stephen Bash, Sara Ann McCarrell, Ashleigh RuthAnne Bash, and Lilly Jo Bash; two sisters, Shirley (Allen) Lyndes and Patty (Frank) Giron and three brothers, Charles (Judy) Wood, and Richard (Denise) Wood and a sister-in-law, Diane Wood.
She was preceded in death by a grandson, Connor James Bash and a brother, John Wood.
