Shirley Jurich

Shirley Jurich, 84, of South Beaver Township, died Friday, September 27, 2019 in Franciscan Manor.
Born July 23, 1935 in Rochester, she was the daughter of the late Charles W. and Violet Measel Stang. She had been a member of the former St. Paul Lutheran Church on College Hill and was currently a member of the Chippewa United Methodist Church. She had been a member of the Veseljaci Adult Tamburitza Orchestra and was a member of a card club for many years.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 60 years, Michael Jurich on April 22, 2018, and a brother, Harley Stang.
She is survived by her three children and their spouses, Mike and Tricia Jurich, New Galilee, Steve and Lisa Jurich, Daugherty Township, Janet and Pat Pico, West Mayfield, six grandchildren, Patrick Pico, Dustin and Heather Pico, Tyler Pico, Josh Caccia, Mallory Jurich, and Jenna Jurich, three great-grandchildren, a brother, Gilbert Stang, New Sewickley, and a sister, Barbara Hill, Beaver.
There will be a memorial service held on Tuesday, October 1, 2019 at 11 a.m. in the Chippewa United Methodist Church, 2545 Darlington Road, with Rev. Allan K. Brooks officiating. Private interment in the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies, Bridgeville, PA.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made, if desired, to Chippewa United Methodist Church, 2545 Darlington Road, Beaver Falls, PA 15010.
