William F. Hummel

William F. Hummel, 87, of North Sewickley Township passed away Tuesday, January 19, 2021.

Bill was born on September 26, 1933 in Beaver Falls to the late William H. and Gertrude (Kopriva) Hummel. He graduated from Beaver Falls High School and Penn State University. Bill was a veteran of the United States Army, stationed in Anchorage, AK. Up until his passing, he owned and operated Hummel Engineering and was the Engineer for North Sewickley, Marion, Franklin Townships and Harmony Borough.

He was an avid fisherman and hunter.

In 2016 he lost his wife of 61 years, Lois (Downie) Hummel, who was the love of his life. He will be sadly missed by his daughter and son-in-law, Cheryl and Antonio Bentley, Blue Bell, PA, his son and daughter-in-law, William C. and Patricia Hummel, Fombell, PA; three grandchildren, Gordon, Todd and Camille Bentley; a sister, Marion Marziano, North Sewickley Twp. and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Friends will be received Saturday, March 13, 2021 from 3:00 PM until the time of service at 4:00 p.m. in the HILL AND KUNSELMAN FUNERAL HOME, 3801 Fourth Avenue, College Hill, Beaver Falls.
