Vital information must be completed and submitted online
Authorized next of kin must come to the funeral home to sign necessary paperwork.
Identification via a photograph of deceased, verified by authorized family member.
Must be paid in full at time of arrangement. ( check or credit card).
This package includes:
- Professional Services of Funeral Director and Staff.
- Direct Cremation with no viewing or services.
- Transfer of remains to our funeral home (local) and to crematory.
(additional fee will apply if death occurs at a residence)
*Utility vehicle for document procurement.
- Refrigeration of deceased up to 2 days ( $50.00 for each additional day)
- *Alternative Cremation Container (An Alternative container encases the body are unlined, leak resistant, and made of heavy cardboard

This package is a simple online cremation package. This package does not include the additional services that we provide in our other packages, such as preparing and placing obituary notices, coordinating with clergy, cemetery, crematory, burial vault companies, and others as required, and additional assistance in filing for governmental benefits or life insurance notifications or and follow ups.
This package does not include any cash advance items such as death certificates, coroner authorization fees. This package does not include and mailing or delivery of cremains. Legally Authorized person shall receive the cremains at the funeral home.
