Stephen M. DeLorenzo, 72, of Beaver Falls, died Monday, June 3, 2019 in Good Samaritan Hospice.

Born November 30, 1946 in the Bronx, New York City, he was the son of the late Hugo and Helen Shelby DeLorenzo. He was a graduate of Beaver Falls High School and was a U.S. Army veteran having served during the Vietnam War.  He was a member of Park Alliance Church and prior to his retirement after 20 years of service he had been employed by Life Management and ARC Human Services as an aid.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife Donna Reed DeLorenzo on August 29, 2018.

He is survived by a brother and sister-in-law, John and Pam DeLorenzo, three sisters and two brothers-in-law, Janice and Curt Wardle,  Marianne and Bob Phetteplace,  Donna Schlinski, Brothers-in-law and sister-in-law, Rev. Darryl Reed, Daniel and Corrie Reed, sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, Diane and Frank Stickles, Debbie Reed, Darcy and Nick Alica,  and several nieces and nephews, and great nieces and great nephews.

Friends will be received Thursday from 6 to 8 p.m. in the Hill & Kunselman Funeral Home, www.hillandkunselman.com., 3801 Fourth Ave., College Hill, Beaver Falls, where the service will be held on Friday at 11 a.m. with his brother-in-law, Rev. Darryl L. Reed officiating.  Private interment in Sylvania Hills Cemetery.

The Vietnam Veterans of America-Chapter 862, Southwestern, PA will conduct a service on Friday at 10:45 a.m. in the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Hill & Kunselman Funeral Home to assist in defraying the funeral expenses incurred.
